1. Types of emails we send

Transactional emails — order confirmations, receipts, download links, and important account or billing notices. These are required to deliver what you purchased and are not promotional.
Content & promotional emails — devotional encouragement, new releases, and occasional offers. You can opt out of these at any time.

2. How to unsubscribe from promotional emails

You have three easy options:

Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email; or
Email us at support@thelostplayer.shop with the subject line "Unsubscribe", from the address you'd like removed; or
Reply to any of our emails and ask us to remove you — a real person will take care of it.

We honor all opt-out requests promptly. Please note you may still receive essential transactional emails related to any active purchase or subscription.

3. Managing a paid subscription

Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel a paid membership. To cancel a recurring subscription and stop billing, please use your Digistore24 billing portal or see our Refund & Return Policy for step-by-step help.
